The report on the meeting of the Chamber and the representatives of the Study Office concerning the agreement concluded with the Moroccan Association of Exporters :
In accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement signed in Marrakech on 25 April 2019 between the Federation of Moroccan Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Services and the Moroccan Association of Exporters ASMEX, a meeting was held on 04 February 2020 at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Guelmim Oued Noun region, in the city of Guelmim with the representatives of the consulting firm ZAFRICXS, Mrs. Zahra Maaf iri and Mr. Mustafa Al-Ahmadi mandated by the Moroccan Association of Exporters for the implementation of the terms of the partnership agreement, as stipulated in the above-mentioned framework agreement, and approved by the General Assembly of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Guelmim-Oued Noun, during the October session of the year 2019, according to the specificities of the Chamber.
This convention aims to establish cooperation and partnership between the two parties through the implementation of the proximity policy and the creation of a regional dynamic to support, encourage and mentor companies operating in the field of export in addition to promoting local products at the international level, by opening a business unit to develop the export process in the region.In the same context, Mrs. Zahraa Maafri started the meeting by thanking the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services for Guelmim Oued Noun, and emphasizing the importance of this partnership in the development of exports in the region by creating activities and programs for exporting enterprises in the region in addition to guiding and defending their interests at the international level. In his speech, Mr. Mohamed Mostafa Al-Ahmadi commended the efforts made by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services for the Guelmim Oued Noun region to promote the regional economic fabric, and in turn he presented the details of the terms of the agreement.At the end of the meeting, Mr. Lahoucine Alayoua, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services for the Guelmim Oued Noun region, set February 28, 2020 as the date for signing the agreement in the annex of the chamber in the city of Tantan.
