An innovative program for young entrepreneurs

The Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity and the Phosboucraa Foundation organised on Tuesday 23 April 2019 in Guelmim an operation to distribute equipment to project leaders registered in the 2018-2019 edition of the Programme for Integration through Economic Activities (PIAE).

Launched jointly by the two foundations in July 2018, this first edition of the programme made it possible to train, support and finance 48 project leaders from the 4 provinces of the Guelmim Oued-Noun region in the creation of their young companies.

The objective being to help these young project leaders to evaluate the profitability of their business idea and to know how to be objective about their feasibility, the PIAE programme will continue to support these same 48 project leaders in the post-creation phase of their companies for a period of 2 years.

This follow-up phase will be supervised by 19 facilitators freshly trained according to the German CEFE method based on learning by doing and which has demonstrated excellent results on the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Maghreb and Europe. it should be recalled that the Mohammed V Foundation and the Phosboucraa Foundation concluded last January the first training course “CEFE Supporters of Economic Initiatives” which benefited 19 facilitators from the Guelmim region.

A joint strategic programming led by the two Foundations to offer the best conditions for survival to these projects led by aspiring local entrepreneurs in the region.
