  • Extension of tractor owners’ licenses in the Tan-Tan region until the end of 2024: This decision is a significant relief for tractor owners who had been facing considerable difficulties in continuing their activities due to the expiration of their licenses. The extension gives them the opportunity to carry on their work uninterrupted until permanent solutions are reached.
  • Seeking legal alternatives to enable tractor owners to operate in compliance with legal regulations and contractual obligations during the extension period: The attendees agreed on the urgency of finding legal solutions that allow tractor owners to conduct their activities in a lawful and secure manner, ensuring continuity and stability in their work.

This meeting is part of the Chamber’s clear strategic vision, aiming to enhance cooperation among various stakeholders and support the transport and construction materials extraction sector, which is crucial to the local economy. Through these efforts, the Chamber seeks to achieve a balance between the interests of all involved parties and ensure the law is applied in a way that brings fairness and sustainability to all.

Thanks to these decisions, tractor owners in Tan-Tan can now continue their work with confidence and peace of mind until the end of 2024, with the hope that permanent legal solutions will be found to support their activities and contribute to the sustainable development of this vital sector.
