In accordance with the Organic Law organizing the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Services in Morocco, in particular Articles 3 and 4 thereof, and in accordance with Article 39 of the same law.
Based on the correspondence received on March 22, 2024 by the Tanatan Annex Administration from the Cooperation Association of Class I Taxi Professionals.
On April 18, 2024, a consultative meeting of the Mediation and Dispute Resolution Committee of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Guelmim-Oudnoun Region was held at the headquarters of the Chamber’s Annex in Tanatan, chaired by the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Mouloud Mennad, the members of the Committee, some members of the Chamber, members of the Tanatan local community, the President and members of the Cooperation Association of Taxi Professionals of the First Class, in addition to the Director and staff of the Annex, to discuss possible ways to cancel the collective decision No. 2017/19 of the Traffic and Tourism Committee to ban large taxis from carrying passengers on the main street, and to consider possible ways to cancel the collective decision of the Traffic and Tourism Committee to ban large taxis.
